DATE : January 14, 2020 On 24/09/2019 this Court had issued notice for final disposal of the matter. By interim order this Court had directed the Collector, State Excise, Nagpur to take a decision on the application of the petitioner for grant of liquor license. In response to such an order, the communication dated 13/01/2020 is issued by the Superintendent, State Excise informing that FL-III license has been granted to the petitioner. Whilst the writ petition has become infructuous, it is dismissed as such. No costs.
