In terms of clause-(x), the appellants who are present in Court have handed over sum of Rs.51,000/- to the counsel for the respondent who in turn has handed over the same to the respondent who is also present in Court. The parties admit to the correctness of the contents of the compromise deed. Accordingly the appeal is disposed of as per terms of the compromise dated 01/09/2015.
