From the Pursis Stamp No.06/2021, the appellant/Insurance Company do not want to prosecute this appeal. They are not objecting for disbursal of the amount in favour of the original claimants. The amount is already transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati as per the order dated 13th September, 2012, except the statutory deposit. i.The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

ii. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati is directed to disburse the amount as per the order dated 13th September, 2012, along with accrued interest in

iii. The statutory deposit, if any, be also transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati for disbursal as per the award.
