The petition has been dismissed against respondent No.6 vide order dated 26th April, 2017 for non-service of the petition. The notice was not served on respondent No.6 due to incorrect address. The petitioner is now supplying the correct address. The order of dismissal is recalled, in the premises. The address of respondent No.6 be corrected accordingly. Amendment to be carried out on or before 11th September, 2017. Notice be issued to respondent No.6 returnable on 26th September, 2017.

C.A.W. NO.2043/2017 The civil application taken out in the petition seeks to add averments concerning a document and to produce it along with writ petition as an exhibit. Civil application is allowed. No costs.
