Mehta, AGP for respondent 3 and 4 CORAM : A. S. CHANDURKAR AND URMILA JOSHI-PHALKE, J.J. DATED : 20/07/2022 The petitioner no. 2 had appeared for NEET 2021 Examination that was held on 12.09.2021. It is her grievance that though the said examination was scheduled at 02.00 p.m. the petitioner no. 2 was required to report at the examination center at 11.00 a.m. In that backdrop, the petitioners have prayed that the respondents be directed to rearrange that examination or in the alternative allot one seat in M.B.B.S. course in any college. We find that the prayers made in the writ petiton that has been filed on 14.12.2021 cannot be granted.

The examination in question was held on 12.09.2021 and results thereof were declared on 01.11.2021. If at all, the petitioner no. 2 has any grievance with regard to the alleged inconvenience suffered by her during that examination, she is free to invoke appropriate remedy for claiming damages from the concerned parties.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
