The learned Registrar (Judicial) refused registration as per the order dated 13th December, 2018. The said order was set aside by this Court as per the order dated 19th June, 2019 passed in Civil Application (CAO) No.1016/2019. The applicant was granted two weeks time to remove the office objections, but they could not be removed and hence, this Court as per the order dated 13th September 2019 was pleased to dismiss the appeal. 3.
Now, the applicant is ready to remove the office objections and that is why this restoration application. There is a delay of 136 days in preferring restoration application. Subject to

2/2 cost, they are allowed. Hence, the order:
O R D E R
i. The delay of 136 days caused in filing restoration application is condoned.
ii. The proceedings of Second Appeal Stamp No.24727/2018 is restored, subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks and subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (two thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

Both civil applications are disposed of.
