DATED :SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 This is an application for grant of regular bail. 2] Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.P.P. for State.

3] The applicant is arrested on 17/8/2017, in connection with Crime No.319/2017, registered with P.S.Padoli, District-Chandrapur, for the offence punishable under Sections 65(A) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

4] The applicant was apprehended on the spot itself when he found to be sitting in a vehicle Mahindra XUV , bearing No.MH-46-P-606 in which the country liquor of Tango Punch brand was found to be stored. According to the prosecution the worth of the said liquor is Rs. 1,60,000/- 5] The liquor is already seized. The applicant is arrested on 17/8/2017. It is reported to this Court that there is no previous record of the present applicant. In that view of the matter, following order.

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.

II) Applicant Raj S/o Jagdish Kanjar be released on bail in Crime No.319/2017, registered with P.S.Padoli, District-Chandrapur, for the offence punishable under Sections 65(A) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code on he depositing cash security of Rs. 50000/- with two solvent sureties in the like amount who are not having any criminal record.

III) Applicant shall attend P.S.Padoli,District-Chandrapur once in a month, preferably on last Sunday of every month in between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till the culmination of the trial.
