The applicants/respondents No.1 to 4 have filed this application for withdrawal of amount. 2.

Learned counsel for applicants has stated that except the respondent No.4 all are major. The accident took place in the year 2022, since then, except for no fault liability amount, the respondents have not received compensation amount of Rs.17,11,473/- which is deposited by the appellant. 3.

The appellant has objected to withdraw the entire amount of compensation.

Heard both the learned counsel.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the applicants/respondents No.1 to 4 are entitled to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing usual undertaking.

First Appeal No. 410/2024 The appellant is ready to file private paper-book within a period of four weeks.
