This is an application for condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring the appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 . 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, who submitted that there is only one day delay in filing the instant appeal. The said delay is not intentional one. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
