These are applications, seeking to bring the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.1 on record. Learned Counsel draws the attention of this Court to paragraph 3 of Civil Application (F) No.2299/2022, stating that the names mentioned in the application are the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.1 and the same can be brought on record. Learned Counsel for the respondents have no objection. Let the amendment as prayed for be allowed.

Applications stand disposed in the above terms. First Appeal No.378/2017 List the matter on 10-11-2022 along with First Appeal No.376/2017.
