This Court found that even though there was no ad-interim order, plaintiff applied for police help and learned trial Court surprisingly granted it. It was thus observed that the impugned order was prima facie incorrect and it was accordingly set aside. Learned trial Judge was directed to first consider whether ad-interim injunction could be granted and thereafter should consider application for police aid afresh on its own merit.

No ground is made out to review the order passed earlier on 11.8.2014. Hence, MCA stands rejected. No costs.
