The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 strongly opposes the prayer made in the application. It is stated that the proposed amendment changes the nature of the petition. The objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 is upheld. We find on a reading of the prayer clauses that the proposed amendment changes the nature of the writ petition. The prayer made in the civil application is rejected. The civil application is disposed of accordingly. The applicant is free to take up appropriate proceedings for seeking the relief.
