This is an application for grant of stay to the impugned judgment & award dated 24.06.2022. Perused the application. The reasons have been stated in the application.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within three weeks, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 24.06.2022 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Amravati in Claim Petition No. 209 of 2014 till final disposal of this appeal.. 4.
