This Court, vide order dated 13.08.2021 permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,24,487/- and in view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the effect of the said order dated 13.08.2021 was stayed for four weeks.

It is informed that no further appeal was filed before the Hon'ble Apex Court and after the impugned order the period of more than two years has been lapsed.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. 4.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,24,487/-.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
