After hearing respective learned counsel for parties and after perusing investigating papers, when we expressed our opinion that the Court is rejecting these applications since it is a case for trial, learned counsel Ms S.S.Jadhao for applicants submitted that she wishes to withdraw these applications.

The criminal applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for applicants is withdrawing these applications, the Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why applications need rejection. 5.
Learned counsel Shri R.R.Dawda appointed by the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur for nonapplicant No.2, graciously states that he is not claiming any remuneration from the said Committee. The Court appreciates his stand.
