DATED : 10 FEBRUARY, 2015 This application was called out twice today and on both the occasions, nobody has appeared on behalf of the applicant. This only shows that the applicant is not serious about early final hearing of this matter. Even otherwise, the appeal is of the year 2005 which is quite recent one as compared to the appeals which are pending before this Court and which are much older than the present appeal. Therefore, I am of the view, no case is made out for grant of early hearing.

The application stands rejected.
