It is informed that issuance of impugned withdrawal of recognition has been remanded back by the appellate Court to respondent no.1, which is still pending with respondent no.1 - National Council for Teacher Education. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 conceded that the proceedings for final decision is still pending in which afresh show-cause notice has been issued.

In the wake of said position, interim relief, which is passed passed by this Court vide order dated 07.09.2023 in this petition, shall continue till respondent no.1 takes final decision.

Obviously, the fresh decision, if adverse, it is open for the petitioners to challenge the same. Hence, the petition stands disposed of.
