By this application, applicants are seeking the correction of name of applicant nos.3 and 4. In support of their application, the applicants are also relied upon the School Leaving Certificate which were directed to be produced by this court by order dated 19.8.2025. Hence, on the basis of School Leaving Certificate of the applicant nos.3 and 4, necessary correction be carried out in First Appeal No.1049/2015 which is decided on 9.12.2023.

Considering the statement made in para 2 and 3 of the application, which is not controverted in the matter, the application is allowed. The necessary correction in the name of applicant nos.3 and 4 in the decided First Appeal No.1049/2015 be carried out within a period of one week.
