By letter dated 30.11.2024, the learned District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli seeks extension of time to dispose of Special POCSO Case No.7/2023.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the letter, six months period is extended with direction that the learned District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge shall not seek further extension and shall dispose of the trial expeditiously.
