DATED : 22.04.2025 The present application is filed for amendment by the petitioners. By this amendment, the petitioners want to bring on record subsequent events during the pendency of petition. In view of those events, he want to amend paragraph No.5A and 5B and consequently thereof prayer to that effect. 2.

Learned A.G.P. for the State opposed the application.

The petitioners by these applications want to place on record subsequent events and order passed by respondent no.3-Taluka Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Akola. As such, both the applications are allowed.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.

The amended copy be supplied to the respondents and after receipt of amended copy of petition, the respondents may file their additional reply to the amended copies within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Both the applications stand disposed of accordingly.

Interim order in both Writ Petitions to continue till next date.
