Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the fact that the name of the petitioner is included in the select list published for admission vide Government Resolution dated 29.08.2025, except for the grievance that by way of said GR, the admissions of the students for the academic year 2025-26 are denied to the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition. 3.

The petitioner has already forwarded representation/proposal on 15.04.2024 raising such grievance.

Moreover, the communication dated 28.05.2024 issued by the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner, shows that because of pendency of this petition, the representation/proposal of the petitioner was sent back.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation/proposal forwarded by the petitioner on 15.04.2024 as referred in the communication dated 28.05.2024 at serial no.4, within a period six weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the copy of this order to the respondent no.2 within a period of one week. 6.

The respondent no.2 shall communicate its decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 7.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
