This petition takes exception to the interim orders dated 30th August, 2024 and 7th October, 2024 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati in M.V.P. Case No. 156/39(1)/Yeoda/Daryapur/Amravati. 2.

I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the interim orders. However, if the final order adverse to the petitioner is passed, the same shall not take effect for a period of three weeks from the date of passing of such order.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
