It appears that respondent no.1's name is Laxmichand, as mentioned in original Special Civil Suit No.152/2009. However, before the District Court, due to mistake, it is mentioned as Laxmikant, which is remained to be corrected.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to amend the name of respondent no.1 by substituting Laxmichand instead of Laxmikant.

Accordingly, application is allowed. Appellant to carry out amendment within one week from today. Application stands disposed of.
