The petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher at Zilla Parishad School, Panhai, District Buldhana and participated in the Teachers Transfer Management System online process 2022-23. While doing so, it was noticed that being the senior-most teacher at the Panchayat Samiti preference for transfer to Zilla Parishad School, Thad could not be given since the name of Zilla Parishad School, Thad is not included in the list. The petitioner came to be transferred at the Zilla Parishad School, Panhai, District Buldhana on 30-5-2023. Thereafter on 07-7-2023 the petitioner made a representation raising grievance in this regard. The petitioner seeks posting at the Zilla Parishad School, Thad.

Since the representation dated 07-7-2023 is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Buldhana, the

2 wp6016.23 writ petition is disposed of while directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the aforesaid representation dated 07-7-2023 within a period of two weeks of receiving copy of this order. 4.

The petitioner shall serve copy of this order on the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner.
