The application seeks relaxation of the conditions on which the applicant was released on bail, in so far as conditions (iv) and (vi) are concerned. It is submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed and therefore the question of attending the police station for further assisting the investigation does not arise, as mentioned in condition No. (iv). In so far as this condition is concerned, since the charge-sheet has already been filed on 10.11.2020, the Police authorities have no further role to play in the matter, as the investigation is complete, considering which condition No. (iv) in the order dated 13.01.2021 is hereby relaxed and the applicant need not to attend the concerned police station as per the same.

appp2115.21.odt In so far as condition (vi) is concerned, it directs the applicant to keep himself away from the limits of the area where the informant and other witnesses are residing. I do not see any reason or cause for relaxing the same, as nothing has been placed on record to permit to take the view otherwise.
