3] Accepting the reasons given, the delay is condoned, however, at a costs of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, and the undertaking that the objection shall be removed by the end of this week. Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.16857/2022 is allowed and
