This court vide order dated 30.04.2024 decided the First Appeal and Cross-objection No.3 of 2015. In pursuance of the same, the appellant no.2 has moved this application seeking permission to deposit the amount of compensation.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Appellant no.2 is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.42,41,064/- with the registry of this Court within a period of two weeks.
