ATE : SEPTEMBER 8 , 2023 By this application, the applicant seeks leave of the Court to travel to Turkey from 9/9/2023 to 18/9/2023. However, in view of the Look Out Circular issued at the behest of respondent no.3, the petitioner seeks permission to travel accordingly. The petitioner in the instant Writ Petition had earlier sought similar permission for travelling to Turkey for the period from 16/8/2023 to 27/8/2023. By the order dated 11/8/2023, such permission was granted subject to the petitioner paying cost of Rs.50,000/- in view of the order passed in Interim Application No. 1623/1999 (Sanjay Dangi Vs. Union of India). It is submitted that the said cost has accordingly been deposited by the petitioner.

2] Considering the fact that permission to travel abroad was granted on 11/8/2023 and the cost has been deposited, the petitioner is permitted to travel accordingly to Turkey for the period from 9/9/2023 to 18/9/2023 on the same terms and conditions as stated in the order dated 11/8/2023. 3] The application is allowed in terms of the aforesaid order and disposed of. 4] An authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties.
