The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in this batch of writ petitions has been considered in Writ Petition No.2760/2019 (Vilas Anandrao Waghmare vs. Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority and others) on 11-01-2022. It is thus urged that in the light of that order dated 11-01-2022, the petitioner would be required to pay the value of the additional piece of land at the rate of Rs.2400/- per square metre with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of allotment of the original plot till the date of payment. In cases where the petitioner has already paid the amount to the Board, the same shall be taken into consideration, accordingly, the amount be recovered or disbursed, as the case may be.

The writ petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms for the reasons recorded in the earlier order dated 11-01-2022. Rule accordingly. No costs.
