The applicant has sought permission to deposit the balance amount as per the judgment and award dated 31.01.2020 of the Reference Court, Yavatmal in LAC No.33 of 2016. Leave granted to the applicant to deposit the compensation amount before this Court within one week. 2.

Interim order granted earlier to continue till the next date of hearing.

It is seen that though the application was filed in the year 2020 till date, the applicant has not furnished copy, hence notice to respondent nos.1 to 3 could not be issued. Final opportunity is given to the applicant to furnish copies within one week. Registry thereafter to issue the notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks.

In the event, applicant fails to furnish copies and remove office objections within one week, interim stay order shall stand vacated and the application for condonation of delay shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
