DATED : NOVEMBER 24, 2018 This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal filed by applicant Dewa alias Dewashish. Ms S. D. Paul is appointed through Legal Aid Committee. When this appeal is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice that the applicant Dewal alias Dewashish Gurupat Vishwas has already filed an appeal through private advocate and it is already admitted.

In that view of the matter, the present application as well as the appeal are disposed of.

The High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is directed to pay Rs.2,500/- to Ms Paul, who has put all efforts for preparation of the application and appeal and has also incurred expenses.
