DATED : 13-03 -202 By present application, the non-applicants/ claimants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - VIDC.

Learned counsel for non-applicants/claimants submits that first appeal filed by VIDC has been dismissed vide order dated 12-4-2017. He further submits that said order has attained finality. Learned counsel for VIDC has no objection if the permission, as sought, is granted. In view thereof, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to non-applicants/claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by VIDC with the Registry of this Court. The amount be
