After hearing for some time, we have expressed our non-inclination to entertain the petition at this stage for quashing.

Applicants learned Counsel seeks permission for withdrawal of the application with liberty to apply for discharge.

The application stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Since charge-sheet has not yet been filed, the learned Trial Court shall consider the discharge application on its own merits without influencing by the withdrawal of this application.
