Shri S. M. Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State invited our attention to the paragraph No.4 of the reply filed on behalf of the State. In the said paragraph, it is stated on oath that the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation has filed the charge-sheet on 28.01.2019.

In view of the aforesaid statement, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the applicants to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court to challenge the charge-sheet if they desire so. 3.

It is made clear that the case of the applicants has not heard on its own merits by this Court. 4.

The application is disposed of with liberty as granted.
