CRI. APPA: NO. 1464/2017 The applicant has filed this application seeking condonation of delay of eight days in filing the application for restoration. It is mentioned that while admitting the matter, 12 weeks time was granted to file private paperbook by this court. The said order is communicated to the appellant, however he could not not respond to the counsel and as such, private paperbook could not be filed. The applicant submits that due to the aforesaid bona fide reason, the delay is caused. In view of the fact that the delay is not deliberate and intentional, the same is hereby condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.

Cri.Appa.No.559/2017.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Criminal Appeal No.122/2017 is restored to file.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.
