Civil Application [CAF] No.3505/2015 :- There shall be stay in terms of prayer clause of the application, which shall continue to operate pending the decision of appeal. The appellant to deposit entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which, the civil application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The civil application stands disposed of.
