DATE : October 13, 2015 For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing restoration application stands condoned. Civil application is disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.19723 OF 2015 Prayer is to restore the first appeal as its registration is refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four weeks. If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.

Misc. Civil application is disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.12406 OF 2015 On the applicant depositing in this Court the entire amount of compensation within period of twelve weeks from today, the execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed until further orders.
