The applicant isarrested on 27/7/2017 in connection with Crime No.461/17, registered with P.S.Ghughus,District-Chandrapur, for the offence punishable under Section 65(a) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, a car was stopped at Wani Ghughus High way on getting secret information that through car liquor is being brought in Chandrapur District.

According to prosecution, the said car was driven by the present applicant. The learned A.P.LP. Submits that during the course of investigation it reveals that the said contraband was belonging to one Manoj. The applicant is only driver and is in jail since 27/7/2017. Looking to the same, I allowed the present application. Hence, order.

ORDER

I) Application is allowed.

II) Applicant Ajay Narayan Karlekar be released on bail in Crime No.461/17, registered with P.S. Ghughus, District-Chandrapur, for the offence punishable under Section 65(a) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, on he executing P.R.Bond of Rs. 10000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

III) With this application is disposed of.
