Shri Akshay Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered copy of the Government Resolution dated 18th April, 2022 in which it has been stated that the earlier Government Resolution dated 14th December, 2021 directing lodging of the First Information Report pursuant to various resolutions passed by the Municipal Council has now been withdrawn. The Government Resolution dated 18th April, 2022 is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view of the Government Resolution dated 18th April, 2022, it is submitted that there is no reason to further prosecute the writ petition. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. No costs.
