This is an application moved by respondent No.3 - Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation seeking permission to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation as per the order dated 17/10/2019 within a period of one week from today. Shri M.A. Kadu, learned counsel, who represents the respondent - Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation submits that within a period of one week, the enhanced amount will be deposited before this Court, as directed by this Court (Coram : Manish Pitale, J.) on 17/10/2019.

Though one week time is prayed, the Court is granting two weeks' time to deposit the amount, however, by way of last chance.

Needless to mention, on deposit of the amount, the claimants will be entitled to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest.
