It is undisputed that the possession of the land allotted to the petitioner-society is with the petitioner-society. According the learned advocate for the applicant-petitioner, the allotment is for three years from 17th September, 2013. The issue relates to allotment of the land to the education society. The petitioner has made out the case for grant of early hearing.

List the petition for final hearing in the week commencing 11th January, 2016.
