The petitions arise out of transfer of petitioners to Public Health Center, Bairaghad in Dharni Panchayat Samiti. 2.

This Court by order dated 08.09.2017 protected the petitioners from joining the transferred post. During the pendency of the petitions, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati filed pursis dated 23.06.2022 stating therein that in view of change in circumstance particularly in view of the fact that petitioners have attained the age of 53 years, the respondents now do not intend to transfer the petitioners in tribal area as per the transfer order. 3.

In view of the said pursis, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the petition, the petitions therefore disposed of as infructuous.
