Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. Perused the impugned judgment dated 10-09-2015, particularly paragraph no.11 thereof, wherein the question of law is answered by this Court. The review is sought on the ground that this Court has committed error in observing that there was no fraudulent transfer within the meaning of Section 43 of the Transfer of Property Act.

Upon hearing the Counsel for the parties, I find that, there is no error apparent on the face of the record.

Hence, I make the following order :- O r d e r Misc. Civil Application (Review) No.1178 of 2015 is dismissed.
