By this application, the respondent Nos.4(a) to 4(c) pray that the interim order granted by this Court be vacated or in the alternative the petition be fixed for final hearing.
This Court granted ad-interim relief on 21st November, 2014 and then after the respondents were served, after hearing the advocates for the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 4(a) to 4(c), Rule came to be issued and the interim order grated on 21st November, 2014 is continued. The interim order is granted after hearing the respondent Nos. 4(a) to 4(c). These respondents have not pointed out any change in the circumstances which necessitates vacation of the interim order.
The prayer for vacation of the interim order is rejected. The respondent Nos. 4(a) to 4(c) are granted liberty to file appropriate application seeking early hearing of the petition.
The civil application is disposed accordingly. JUDGE RRaut..
