Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

A prayer is made to direct the respondent No.1 to decide the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the said application is still not decided by the respondent No.1. That being so, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 14 of the said Act within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order before the respondent No.1.
