It is seen that Ld.counsel for appellant sought time for taking steps regarding deceased sole appellant on 23rd October, 2023. It implies that appellant died before 23rd October, 2023. The Hon'ble Court granted two weeks to take steps. However till today legal representatives are not brought on record. The period even from 23.10.2023 is considered, 90 days are already over in Jan. 2024. In the light that Second Appeal No. 451/2018 is abated.
