Learned counsel for appellant submitted that the applicant/appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount along with interest in the Court as per the order dated 12.06.2025. It also appears from noting in the Farad sheet dated 02.07.2025 that the compensation amount has been credited to the bank account of the Court. Having considered the same, I deem it appropriate to grant a stay to the impugned judgment and award.

In view of the above, the application is allowed, as prayed. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 3063 OF 2025 Heard.

The applicant/appellant has moved this application to permit it to amend the appeal memo by adding the grounds in it, as stated in the application, for which learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has given no objection.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, as well as no objection by learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the application is allowed. The applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment within two weeks and shall supply a copy of the amended appeal to the other side within two weeks thereafter, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
