This application is taken out by the appellants to bring on record the legal heirs of respondents 2,4,5,6 and 7. The learned counsel Shri A.R. Patil states that the legal heir of respondent 2 is already on record. Respondents 4 and 5 were dead at the time of institution of the suit. Respondent 6 has no legal heir. Legal heirs of respondent 7 alone need to be brought on record. The statement is accepted.

The appellants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent 7. The necessary amendment in the cause title be carried out within a week.

Issue notice after the cause title is corrected. Notice be issued to the legal heirs of respondent 7. However, the Second Appeal be listed on the admission board on 27.3.2019 irrespective of the service of notice on the legal heirs of respondent 7.
