At the outset, Ms. S. B. Khobragade, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, the Investigating Officer has filed charge-sheet before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate, therefore, she wishes to withdraw the present application. She submits that liberty be given to the applicant to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the charge-sheet.

The application is disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
