This is an application for bail/suspension of sentence, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal No. 494 of 2014.

We have heard learned counsel for the rival parties. We have perused the impugned Judgment and Order. We find that the appellant committed the murder of deceased Shobhabai causing as many as fifteen injuries on her person by means of a chopper. The murder took place inside the house, for which the appellant had no explanation.

We find, no case is made out for grant of

bail/suspension of sentence. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

Criminal Application No. 578 of 2014 is rejected.
